DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: A 25% deposit is required to hold a date. The total balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
MINIMUM*: A $750.00 food and beverage minimum is required for any event.
CANCELLATION: The 25% deposit will not be refunded if the client cancels a booked event.
PROVIDING FOOD FROM OTHER SOURCES: Due to our liability insurance, no food items prepared by anyone other than Rosa's Catering can be served along with our catered items.
TIMES: Events are based on a five hour maximum, requiring a two-hour food set up, a two-hour food service and a one-hour cleanup. Some events require more time; consequently, additional service will be billed at a rate of $25 per employee per hour, $35 per bartender per hour.
BARS: Rosa's Catering Service, Inc. does not hold a beer or liquor license; therefore, the client can save money by providing their own alcoholic beverages. Rosa's Catering will provide the bartenders, glasses, and containers to ice down the alcohol, ice, tablecloths and skirts. The charge for a beer, wine and champagne bar is $225. A full service bar with mixed drinks is $295. One bartender is required per one hundred guests. Additional bartenders are charged at $225 for simple bars and $295 for full service bars.
RENTAL**: If additional equipment is needed our consultants can help to make the event as formal or as casual as one desires.
FINAL COUNT: Two weeks prior to your event, we will need a final guest count. The balance due will be based upon this final count. You may increase your guest count within the two-week period prior to the event, but there is a
$.50 surcharge per food item per guest for each person added.
A gratuity is never charged and is always at the descretion of the client based on the quality of service.
* 9.25% State and local sales tax will be added to the total bill.
