The Bridal Fair is this Sunday, and it is one of our favorite days. Working with brides to help them create their dream wedding is definitely one of our favorite parts of the catering business, and the Bridal Fair is the perfect chance to reach out and show what we’re about. Regina is designing a pretty fabulous cake, Zara is working on some appetizers that could have come from the menu of a three star restaurant, and all of us here are so excited about our colorful (surprise) theme. Hope we see everyone there!! The pictures are from last year’s Bridal Fair… we’ll get some great shots this year too!
With December winding down we begin to look to the new year. It has been an amazing 2011, but now we are concentrating on the future. Its time to start planning new menu items, organizing our booths Bridal Fairs and continue coming with ways to please our clients. Looks like we’ll be hitting the food magazines pretty hard!
